I would just like to see the Pagatti to see how much the original proto has been adultrated.  That is the only bike that will keep my interest in Pag anymore(besides the older spyders) and we haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

I would really like to see what the Pagatti looks like now also. The raked out custom chopper look of the Spyder is what caught my attention with the Pag bikes but so far none of the new bikes look anything like that. I hope I'm not disappointed with the Pagatti.

Not trying to be funny, but I've seen those exact same "new" bike sold through other Chinese companies.

Actually, I've seen them on several sites.

Nuff said.

Here are some more pics of the 'new' bikes. Oops, sorry! They are actually 2010 Leonart Daytonas!

That bike is the same as a Pro Street, which I still think the new Malibu is based off of.

correct those are the Lifeng built machines, like att 2010 and earlier JP bikes. somehow in 2009 JP dropped the Pro Street or didn't order more because he couldn't sell all the 2009's he had in stock here in the states.

I will admit,  the new bikes are "copies" of these with minor changes. I suspect he buys some of the parts from the same place Lifeng bought them from, or took some of his old inventory and had someone reverse engineer them like so many Chinese companies do nowdays. to me there is nothing "new" about these bikes. the wheels are wire wheels, personally I like the aluminum wheels but i suspect wire wheels are cheaper to make. the back half of the bike is iconically the same as the "Spyder F-1" or the 2010 Pro Street / Daytona. the engine seems to be like the pre-2009 engines, just with a cloned EFI setup and a slightly larger bore to make up the 20cc's. I was expecting something "different" not the same ole cookie cutter pieced together with already mass produced Chinese parts.....

BUT I still want to see one in person and ride it just to see how it compares to my Pro Street....

All I know is that nothing abut it says proprietary to him and a Pag original.  Just another lie...

His company and his product is just a bunch of lies....

Malibu 600

That looks like it's a 600cc single, which is all kinds of weird.

Cylinder doesn't look tall enough or round enough to me to be large enough to be a 600cc single. Just compare cylinder dimensions to the Suzi 650 single. That thing is huge.

Well, right now that statement is unsubstantiated, as these bikes have NOT come out under any other name yet (nor under JP's name in the US due to EPA hold-ups...  Undecided ). Let's wait and see what happens before you start calling names.

I had a look at the spec sheet for the Pro Street they sell here in Canada and there are quite a few differences between it and the "new" JP bikes. One thing that puzzles me is the exhaust on the Pro Street is on the left side of the bike but I can't tell if there is a matching one on the right. I also am a bit puzzled by the exhaust on the "new" bikes because there seems to be only one pipe from the right exhaust port leading to the twin mufflers, but no second pipe from the left port. Are there matching mufflers on the left side of the bike or does the exhaust setup just not show well in the photos?

I agree with Jae, its too early to pass such harsh judgement.
