Do one part of carb at a time when cleaning, this way you can mix parts up. Watch out for the e-clip it can fly off & become missing. When unscrewing the Main Jet used a wrench to hold it secure, so you do not break off. ( I used offset screw driver & wrench) There is a lot SAFETY when working around Gasoline, like no smoking, no flames & etc. I'm not Motorcycle Mech. if you feel that this is be on your skill level, take it in have motorcycle mech do it for you. In the long run it maybe cheaper, if you break something, you may have to buy a New CARB< THAT BIG BUCKS. These picture are for Expert Mech, as a Visual Aids. Lee

Lee, since you have 10 pics and probably want to add text around them I have uploaded your pics to the server manually and will use Method 1 in your original post. That way all you have to do is click "Modify" to add the text and we'll remove the other posts to clean it up.
