I too Welcome you too ACD Galan112.

I ordered them from ebay in the UK, but they were sourced from Italy.  If you are Europe based, just search the Ebay.co.uk., then they can be shipped to any EU country with no additional fees.

I also did a search for them in the USA, and found some, but they were not the same models....not sure if this is marketing to different markets, or what.  Obviously, the Vespa is not as popular in the USA as over here?!?  I did however find some like mine on Ebay in the USA.

Just search for Fly Screen, or Vespa Screen, or Universal Fly Screen.

You will be looking for the one made by Fabbri, or the one that looks like mine if no fabricator is listed.

Both mine came with the mounting hardware for the headlight mount.

Having a really hard time locating one of these. Even tried searching on the UK ebay and didn't have any luck. Any more tips/suggestions? If you happen to stumble across a link to your model on ebay could you pass on the link please? Thanks =)

Hi Guys

I was reading this and tried to have a look around. Found two websites http://www.fabbriaccessori.com/Enaked.htm
 http://www.roadrocket.com.au/Files/fabbri/fabbri.htm

Hope this will help.

The recent activity in the this thread reminded me that I never did a proper review.

Well, after about a year with the windshield (only the summer really counts), I do like it a lot!

I did an all day ride late last summer, on the winding Swedish country roads, and had a blast.  The speeds were averageing about 50-60 mph, with a few highway runs around 65-70 mph.

I could tuck in behind the windshield, with the airwash stream just over the helmet, or sit up high, with the wind in my face (I wear and open face helmet).

It did not change the handling of the bike as far as I could tell.  However, my shades broke on at the end of the day, just before heading home, so I rode the last half hour with no shades, had the visor partially down on the hlemet to block the sun, and sat in a relaxed position, with the wind going over my helmet.  It worked well!  I was never able to ride open faced without shades before, without getting major watery eyes, and blurred vision (not reccomended).

Overall, I think it worked well!  Not a protected as when I am behind the shield on the Goldwing, but then again, if I wanted that riding experieince, I would ride the wing, for something a little more adventurous, this shield on the Venox ROCKs!!  Smiley

Only it seems to be hard to find one these days!??!

Nice shield Lmbrguy....it is a more police style than my sporty one, but to each his own ehh.

What was the name of the one you found, and where did you buy it?

I bought it from the Qlink web site. It fits the wifes bike perfectly.

NSXLR8, nice review of the windshield. I think I mentioned this when you first picked this up - it's a very nice match for the Venox.

Yes, it's too bad that Kymco isn't offering the Venox for 2010 - I've always liked the "SuperMagna" look of the Venox!

true, but there are still many increadibly good buys out there on a great bike....they are such a steal, as people are afraid of what they do not know, and they are realatively unknown.  I get people gushing all over it when I ride it, and spend lots of time explaining the bike to interested onlookers.

They have almost NO known issues, many have been running 5 years problem free, with loads of miles/kilometers.

It is good quality bike at a disposable bike price?!?!  What a winning combo?!   Grin

I still can't believe they never cought on more?Huh
